NINO GOGOKHIA
FOUNDER OF "GONI"
Goni is an innovative platform that helps individuals and organizations in their development.
The founder of the academy - Nino Gogokhia, is a trainer, motivational speaker, assistant professor at GIU, holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from TSU, and is a doctoral student in Public Administration at GIPA. She is also a graduate of Malmö University’s Sustainable Management program.
Nino has 8+ years of experience in managing organizations, teams, and international projects. In 2021-2022, she held a diplomatic mandate as Georgia’s Youth Representative to the United Nations.
From 2019 to 2021, she served as the Executive Director of AIESEC, the world’s largest international youth-led organization.
Since 2022, she has been working in the public sector, leading the International Relations and Donor Coordination Division.
The foundation of Goni is built on the values of knowledge-sharing, strategic thinking, future readiness, and continuous self-development.
